NSW Public Works (or New South Wales Public Works), an agency of the Government of New South Wales, is responsible for providing expert advice to government and professional services to enable government agency clients to deliver their services to the community.

NSW Public Works has expertise and experience in planning, design, delivery and maintenance of building and engineering projects, to help the Government of New South Wales maximise value, minimise costs and manage risks in their infrastructure programs and in the management of their assets. The agency manages a range of large and small projects and facilities contracts with an annual value of more than $1 billion.[2]

The agency is led by Deputy Director-General, presently Brian Baker, who reports to the Director General of the Department of Finance and Services, presently Michael Coutts-Trotter, who reports to the Minister for Finance and Services, presently the Honourable Greg Pearce MLC.
